Information Technology Structure

Our diverse and extensive Information Technology teams are organized by the internal and external clients they serve. This structure allows our teams to provide agile, responsive solutions.

Enterprise Information Technology (EIT)
West employs an integrated approach to enterprise information technology. By centralizing our IT infrastructure, security, and systems functions, we can more easily monitor our needs across more than 50 domestic and international locations. Our EIT teams include:

  • Telecom and Network Services
  • Infrastructure
  • Application Development, Delivery and Solutions, and
  • Information Risk Management

Business unit development and support
IT professionals within our individual business units, including  West Customer Management Group, West Direct, West Interactive and InterCall work with state-of-the-art technologies to develop applications and provide daily operational support.
