also has the opportunity to learn more about our company, culture and business
– and determine if pursuing a career with West is a good fit. If it is a fit,

Our internship programs are open to any individual who is seeking
professional-level experience as it relates to a new career, a change in career,
career broadening, or a full-time college student working towards a related
degree. Six months experience in a related area is preferred, but not required.
